Do the plans include a phone number?
No. Every plan is data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. WhatsApp calls work over data. Keep Data Roaming off on your home SIM.
Do I need to turn on data roaming?
Yes, for this eSIM only. It is a 4G roaming eSIM, and there is no extra charge. Keep Data Roaming off on your home SIM.
When do my plan days start?
Days start when the eSIM first connects to a network. Installing the day before the flight uses no days. Pick one day more than the stay.
Will TikTok or ChatGPT work?
TikTok and most AI apps, such as ChatGPT, may not work on this eSIM.
When should I install it?
On Wi-Fi, the day before you fly or after you land. Installing the day before the flight uses no days. Days start when the eSIM first connects to a network. The QR is valid for 30 days and scans once.
Which plan should I pick?
A layover uses a 1-day plan: 500 MB/day or Unlimited. An overnight stop or a hop to Johor Bahru uses 3 days · 3 GB. Other plans are 5 days · 5 GB, 7 days · 10 GB, 15 days · 20 GB, and 30 days · 20 GB. Unlimited has no data cap listed. Pick one day more than the stay.
Can I share data with a hotspot?
Yes. Hotspot is included.
Can I buy two plans in one order?
Yes. One checkout, one email, and a QR for each eSIM.
Can I top up if I run out?
No. There are no top-ups. If you run out of data or days, buy a new plan and install its QR.
Does my phone support eSIM?
The phone must be an unlocked eSIM phone. Dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, the phone supports eSIM.
How long is the QR valid?
Install it within 30 days of receiving it. Each QR scans once, so do not delete the eSIM during your trip. No documents are required.
What if the QR never arrives?
The order page keeps it. If the eSIM cannot be issued, our team is alerted and the order is refunded.
