1. Overview

Welcome to https://esimforsingapore.com. This store is operated personally under the brand eSim For Singapore (“I,” “me,” “we,” or “us”). By browsing or buying an eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Digital products (eSIMs)

eSim For Singapore sells digital data-only eSIM profiles for Singapore. This is a 4G roaming eSIM. The same eSIM also works in Malaysia.

• Device compatibility: You must confirm your phone is eSIM-capable and unlocked before purchase. We are not liable for incompatible or locked devices.
• Delivery: After successful payment, QR code and install steps are sent to the email used at checkout. The QR is valid for 30 days and scans once.
• Coverage & speed: This is a 4G roaming eSIM. Coverage and speed depend on location and network load.
• Data only: Plans include mobile data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. WhatsApp calls work over data. Hotspot is included.
• Apps: TikTok and most AI apps, such as ChatGPT, may not work on this eSIM.
• Data Roaming: Data Roaming must be turned on for this eSIM. There is no extra charge. Keep it off on your home SIM.
• Validity: Days start when the eSIM first connects to a network. Installing the day before the flight uses no days. Pick one day more than the stay. There are no top-ups. No documents are required at checkout.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed by our checkout provider (e.g. Whop). By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds for digital eSIMs follow our Refund Policy. In short: once a QR is issued, sales are generally final except for verified defective (never-activated) QR codes, which may be replaced. If we cannot issue your eSIM after payment, the order is refunded. See the Refund Policy page for full rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or eSIMs for unlawful purposes, or to abuse, resell without permission, or attack the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, graphics, logos) belongs to eSim For Singapore or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third parties (payment, Telegram, guides). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, eSim For Singapore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or eSIM products, including coverage gaps outside our control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
